Basic

Our basic coaching package offers a 4 week, personalized training plan. This package is designed for the established runner who would like some direction but does not need extra check-ins or adjustments more often than every 4 weeks.

  • Initial 30 minute phone consultation to get to know you and your goals.

    4 week’s worth of workouts including both running and strength training workouts designed specifically for you.

    Check-in during the 4th week of your plan to make necessary adjustments for the next 4 weeks.

  • $150 billed every 4 weeks

Premium

Our premium coaching package offers personalized training that is updated on a weekly basis. This package is designed for the runner who wants highly individualized training to reach their goals.

  • Initial 30 minute phone consultation to get to know you and your goals.

    New training plan delivered weekly including both running and strength training workouts designed specifically for you.

    Weekly check-ins to provide guidance and highly individualized plans.

    Option to purchase packages.

  • $215/4 weeks

    $585/12 weeks (value of $195/4 weeks)

    $700/16 weeks (value of $175/4 weeks)
